I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you entered the wrong delivery address, please email us at hello@salliday.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we might still be able to contact the shipping company to request a change of address.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, we will receive a tracking number within the next 1-2 days which will be sent to you via email! You can then visit our “Order Tracking” page and enter this tracking number to see shipping updates.

Yes, you have 30 days from the day the item arrives to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email.
The order did not meet my expectations, can I initiate a refund?
Absolutely, contact us by email to initiate a return ticket and we will refund your payment to the original purchase method.
